Mini Digger Hire with Operator
Every Atlas mini digger comes with an operator. You explain the job; we bring the machine and the skill to do it — so there's no self-drive, no machine handling and no guesswork on your part.
How operated hire works
You describe the job. We dig it.
Operated hire means the machine arrives with someone who knows how to use it. That makes it a practical choice for homeowners who don't want to drive a digger themselves, and for builders and landscapers who need an extra pair of hands on a machine.
Before we quote, we'll ask about the work, the ground and — most importantly — the access. From there we'll recommend whether a mini digger is right for the job, whether a dumper would help, and roughly how long the work is likely to take.
Machine selection always depends on access, ground conditions and the scope of work. If the Bobcat E19 isn't the best fit, we'll tell you and discuss alternatives.

Access
Will a mini digger fit into my garden?
Access is the single biggest factor in whether a mini digger can work in your garden. We won't promise suitability until we've assessed it, but you can help us give you a clear answer quickly.
- Measure the narrowest point on the route in — gates, side passages, gaps between walls or bins.
- Send photographs of the route from the road to the work area, and of the work area itself.
- Tell us about gates, steps, slopes, tight corners, overhead cables or soft ground along the way.
- Let us know about anything that can't be moved, such as fixed fences, walls or trees.
